Whistleblowers Silenced by Non-Disclosure Agreements

The Project On Government Oversight, along with more than 50 other organizations, wrote to the SEC urging them to take action against financial companies whose employees are forced to sign non-disclosure agreements that violate their whistleblower protections. This comes after months of reports on confidentiality agreements stifling whistleblower rights in various federal agencies and contracted companies.

House Report Faults TSA Security Marking in Air Marshal Case
