Keith Rutter

Mr. Rutter has been with the Project On Government Oversight (POGO) since 1989, Secretary of the Board since 1990, and the Executive Operations Officer and Executive Financial Officer since 2007. In 2012, he received Public Citizen's Phyllis McCarthy Public Interest Service Award. He has also been involved with a variety of other nonprofit organizations. Mr. Rutter has a master’s degree from Western Michigan University and a bachelor’s degree from York College.
