Recently, the Project On Government Oversight’s Executive Director Danielle Brian went on the C-SPAN program Washington Journal to discuss the wave of government reforms that followed the Watergate scandal. These reforms brought all kinds of important transparency and ethics rules to the federal government, but now it’s time to reform many of those policies to make sure they are continuing to ensure an open and responsible government.
