Mixed Oxide (MOX) Fuel Fabrication Facility A contractor for the National Nuclear Security Administration overbilled the agency by about $3.7 million in order to reimburse its subcontractors for living expenses they were not eligible to receive, according to the Inspector General at the Department of Energy.
