Jason Amerine, who his today testifying before the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs committee, is being retaliated against for making protected whistleblower disclosures to House Armed Services committee member Rep. Duncan Hunter (R-CA) regarding dysfunctions in recovering American hostages, including Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl. POGO stands by Lt. Col. Amerine and urges Congress to expand protections for all military whistleblowers.
