On Wednesday, April 23, join environmental activist Erin Brockovich, Ret. Master Sgt. Jerry Ensminger, Mike Partain, the Project On Government Oversight (POGO) and the Environmental Working Group for a RALLY and MARCH to the U.S. Supreme Court in Washington, D.C. to show your support for the victims of Camp Lejeune and Superfund sites across the country.

Sign the form to the right to let us know you can attend or let us know that you will be there in spirit!

WHEN: Wednesday, April 23, 9:00am
WHERE: Upper Senate Park, 200 New Jersey Ave. NW, Washington, DC 20001 followed by a march to the steps of the Supreme Court

The Supreme Court will hear arguments that day on a landmark case - CTS Corporation v. Waldburger - about whether a North Carolina law can void claims made by victims of hazardous waste. This could set a precedent that denies justice for the nearly one million Marines, families, and civilians exposed to toxic drinking water at Camp Lejeune.

Instead of defending these citizens, the Department of Justice has sided with CTS, a known polluter. If the Supreme Court rules in their favor, any claim made after 1995 by a Camp Lejeune victim will no longer be valid.

If you can't attend the rally, please sign our letter to President Obama asking him why he vowed to help Camp Lejeune’s veterans and their families only to have his administration side against them in court.

Stay updated on the rally with Facebook.
