POGO has obtained copies of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Inspector General's "Alleged Conflict of Interest by Former NRC Commissioner (Case No. 07-63)." POGO has also obtained copies of forty interviews that the IG conducted with current and former NRC Commissioners and staff, as well as nuclear industry leaders, that is part of the IG investigation into former Commissioner Jeffrey Merrifield. Additionally, POGO has obtained some of the correspondence between the NRC and the Department of Justice regarding the case.
