 Hierarchical Menus:
—Think of hierarchial menues as stair steps to the topic for which you are searching. By selecting investigation above you will be taken to a page that offers you choices for your next steps, either: environment, open government, contract oversight, or defense. If you choose contract oversight, you will find all the resources we have available organized by most recent year and then alphabetically.
Search Tool:
—To use our search tool select "search" from any page. You will be taken to our search menu with a field for you to enter the word or name of the topic you wish to find. To create the longest list of potential articles on your topic, enter as specific a search word as you can. Fewer words the better. For example if you are searching for research on the Crusader Howitzer Testimony, simply enter "howitzer".
Our search tool has been designed to find specific key words, not to search our entire archives. By using keywords we have been better able to get you were you want to go without having to search through reports that merely contain a referense to a topic but no significant contribution to understand the topic.
