SEC Revolving Door Database

POGO’s SEC Revolving Door Database is based on post-employment statements filed by former SEC employees. SEC rules require former employees to file these statements if they intend to represent a client before the Commission within two years of their SEC employment. The database covers statements filed between 2006 and 2010. Each entry in the database represents one statement. Some employees have multiple entries.
