Dylan Hedtler-Gaudette

Dylan Hedtler-Gaudette is a Government Affairs Manager at POGO. In this role, he advocates for good government policy solutions in a range of issue areas, including judicial ethics and transparency, greater accountability and openness at the Department of Justice, enhancing the capacity and integrity of Congress, and the protection of core constitutional principles, among others.

Dylan is an expert on judicial ethics, congressional reform, foreign influence, DOJ independence, and emergency powers. He has been cited in various news outlets, including, Roll Call, WGBH, PBS NewsHour, and Federal News Network.

Dylan was born and raised in Maine where he completed his undergraduate studies in political science and economics at the University of Southern Maine. He then attended graduate school at Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, where he obtained a Master's degree in international relations. Dylan has spent his career pursuing the common good through work in the nonprofit space, including at a global anti-poverty organization and a national disability rights group. Dylan and his partner, along with their two cats, live in Baltimore, Maryland. He is also an avid fitness enthusiast, hip hop music super-fan, political junkie, baseball lover and whiskey aficionado.
