Burdeshaw Associates LLC is a defense and intelligence consulting firm based in Fairfax, Virginia. According to their website one of their advantages is "providing unparalleled access." Their clients include a number of Pentagon contractors, including Lockheed Martin, Boeing, Raytheon, Northrop Grumman, and BAE Systems. A 2010 Boston Globe investigation called the firm "one of the oldest 'rent-a-general' consulting firms." In 2010 Burdeshaw Associates estimated a third of their associates were senior civilians and over 40 percent were senior military officers.
