Carmen Santos-Logan was the deputy director of cybersecurity architecture and capability oversight at the Department of Defense, leaving in February 2021. In that role she “led joint initiatives to improve endpoint and network protection programs, security process automation, and for the detection of harmful network human behaviors impacting DoD business direction and mission performance.” She was also a team lead for the Department of Defense’s Enterprise Cybersecurity Capabilities.
In May 2021 she joined as vice president of business development at Millennium Corporation, a “strategic management, cybersecurity and systems engineering firm and committed partner to the Federal Government” with $22.4 million in awards from the Department of Defense in FY 2020. “Santos-Logan will oversee the Arlington, Virginia-based company’s business growth and development, capture and proposal functions,” according to Millennium’s press release. “She brings three decades of information technology and cybersecurity experience across DOD programs to her new position.”
