Michael M. Brogan

Brigadier General Michael M. Brogan (USMC Ret.) was commander, Marine Corps Training Command and was the joint program executive officer for the joint mine resistant ambush protected (MRAP) program. He retired in 2011 and joined Pentagon contractor Mantech International as senior vice president for strategy shortly after he retired. According to his official biography he was a senior vice president, Deputy Business Unit General Manager/Division Manager and program executive for all MRAP family of vehicles contracts for ManTech. Brogan told POGO he did not work with ManTech while he was on active duty. He was surprised there weren’t additional restrictions put in place regarding work for other companies. He chose not to represent any MRAP manufacturers on vehicle production issues.

At Mantech he would identify "new business opportunities and help align [the Systems Engineering and Advanced Technology group's] strategy with Department of Defense acquisition-reform measures."
