Rear Admiral Terry B. Kraft (USN Ret.) was commander of U.S. Naval Forces Japan. He received a letter of censure from the Navy in 2015 for receiving gifts from the head of Glenn Defense Marine Asia as part of the "Fat Leonard" scandal. "Investigators found that Kraft and two other admirals assigned to the [USS Ronald] Reagan in 2005 and 2006 dined at 'extravagant' banquets" paid for by the executive the Washington Post reported in 2017. According to his Linked in profile he retired in 2015 and joined Pentagon contractor General Atomics as Senior Vice President, Energy later that year.
