As a Congressional fellow, Ben Reinke worked on a bill that would have affected his sponsor's membership. In his quarterly disclosure report, he reports that The American Nuclear Society paid him $60,000 in 2016, the year he worked on the bill. We don't know if he worked on sections directly affecting the members, but this has the appearance of a conflict. It is only through disclosure forms like these required for Senate fellows, that we can identify potential Conflicts of Interest.
