Defense Logistics Agency IG Report, September 2018

This Defense Logistics Agency Inspector General report, dated September 28, 2018, contains a review of applicable policies, as well as a business cost analysis that the agency commissioned in 2015 to evaluate the value of selling additional Humvee models. That study estimated that selling just a few more Humvee variants could return $156 million to the government.
