DLA Response to State Surplus Association Letter, May 2018

This May 18, 2019, letter from the Defense Logistics Agency responds to and includes a letter from the National Association of State Agencies for Surplus Property. The original letter shows that the Association desires greater access to military surplus vehicles and reveals the Association’s frustration with the government’s responses denying greater access. The agency’s response maintains its position denying greater access to the Association.
