Making the Most of Your Resources: Working with CRS

Presenters:

• Ryan Carney, Congressional Relations Specialist, Congressional Services Section, CRS. Mr. Carney has worked at the Congressional Services Section for over four years after working in CRS’ Counselor’s Office. Before that Ryan was an intern on the House side. He earned his Bachelors in History from University of Michigan.
  
• Dr. Wendy Ginsberg, Staff Director, Government Operations Subcommittee, House Committee on Oversight and Reform. Dr. Ginsberg leads a talented team in drafting legislation, holding hearings, and performing various oversight duties related to the effective functioning of the executive branch. Wendy also has years of experience working at the Congressional Research Service. She served as an analyst at CRS for nearly 10 years, covering issues associated with federal inspectors general, the cybersecurity workforce, and the design and operation of federal advisory committees.
• Adrienne Keys, Supervisory Congressional Relations Specialist, Congressional Services Section, CRS. Ms. Keys has worked at CRS for more than 12 years. She joined the Congressional Services Section full-time in 2009, where she contributed to outreach efforts and helped manage the in-take, assignment and tracking of congressional requests. She has also worked as a data and content manager for Congress.gov, the official website for U.S. federal legislative information.
