Subscribing and Unsubscribing
You may subscribe or unsubscribe at any time from any POGO list. Every email that POGO sends contains a link at the bottom that allows you to quickly unsubscribe. You may also manage your email preferences by visiting this page and logging in. Once you are logged in, click "update my profile" and then "special interests," and select or unselect lists according to your preferences. You may link directly to our site. However you must do so in a way that identifies our site as a “Project On Government Oversight” page. You may not use our pages in a frame, sole or in part, that gives the impression any page or portion of a page is your creation. Privacy Policy: What We Ask For and How We Use It
We automatically collect Internet Protocol ("IP") addresses and domain names of the originating visitor's computer on our server and may know some information you have previously provided through cookies. POGO collects standard web server traffic pattern information using IP addresses and/or session cookies, but we do not associate any individual IP address or session information with any other personally identifying information except to detect security intrusions or certain unlawful activity. POGO makes no warranty, guarantee, or representation that the use of the site is protected from viruses, security threats, or other vulnerabilities or that your information will always be secure.

POGO employees who violate our privacy access policies may be subject to disciplinary actions, which may include termination. POGO vendors who violate POGO’s privacy policy will have their contracts terminated.

POGO may conduct occasional online surveys via our website or our email updates. These surveys are entirely voluntary and you may easily decline to participate.
