Emma Coghlan

Emma Coghlan is POGO's Social Media Manager. She develops social media content and strategy across all the organization's platforms. Prior to joining POGO in January 2021, Emma spent two and a half years as Senator Tom Udall's (D-NM) Digital Communications Manager.

Emma grew up in San Francisco, California. She attended the University of California, Los Angeles where she worked on the award-winning Daily Bruin as a Sports Reporter, the Sports Editor, and member of the Editorial Board. Emma graduated from UCLA in 2014 with degrees in Political Science (with a concentration in Methods and Models) and Art History.
