Development Associate
She/her
Bio
Morgan Dulude joined POGO in 2026 as a development associate, where she assists in reaching foundation revenue goals and furthering POGO’s overarching development objectives. She has worked for various nonprofits in Washington, DC, and Maryland, with a focus on environmental work. Her interest in government accountability and transparency blossomed during her work in Guadalajara, Mexico, where she exposed discrepancies between some corporations’ Environmental, Social, and Governance practices and the claims they made about those practices in their public reports. After interacting with locals, businesses, and government officials and conducting field research, she and her team formulated policy suggestions for the Jalisco government, some of which have been enacted.
In her free time, Morgan plays tennis, reads (her favorite author is Bill Bryson), and hangs out with her cat, Donna. She finds a lot of joy in traveling, trying new things (especially food), and listening to others and their perspectives on life. She hopes to expand her skills with POGO while fighting for a more effective, ethical, and accountable federal government.
