Danielle Harris currently serves as Director of Human Resources at POGO, where she leads human resources and staff engagement strategies in a remote-first environment. With a background in stakeholder engagement, strategic outreach, and policy implementation, Danielle has consistently excelled in managing complex projects and fostering collaborative teams.

She holds a M.A. in government and politics with a focus on public administration from St. John’s University, and she holds a SHRM- CP certification. Danielle’s expertise spans program management, training and development, and event coordination.
