Eryn Scheyder

Senior Field Organizer

Eryn Scheyder is a senior field organizer on POGO’s Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships team, where she works to build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders around the country who have a vested interest in tackling price gouging in U.S. defense spending.  

Prior to joining POGO, Eryn served in the U.S. Air Force for seven years, primarily working as a linguist. During her time in the military, she earned two associate degrees from the Community College of the Air Force and a B.S. in political science from the University of Maryland.  

She recently finished an M.A. in international human rights from the Josef Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver while working in a variety of roles in the gendered violence prevention realm, from direct survivor services to community education coordination. Eryn currently resides in Arkansas with her dog and two cats.
