Janel Forsythe

Janel Forsythe is the Social Media Editor for the Project on Government Oversight. She was previously the Digital Content and Communications Manager at the National Academy of Social Insurance. Janel works with the communications team at POGO to disseminate information on investigations through social media. She received her B.A. from Ursinus College where she double majored in Sociology and Media & Communication Studies. She chose both majors because she “wanted to study how the media helps people understand social issues locally, nationally, and internationally.” Janel also has a Masters of Science in Sociology from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
