Pam Rutter

Pam Rutter is POGO’s director of individual giving. She works closely with individual donors and family foundations, cultivating partnerships that fuel our fight to strengthen democracy.

Pam has been a POGO team member since 1999. She has served in a variety of different roles during that time, including developing POGO’s first website, working on our early digital team, and engaging in advocacy.

When she’s not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and their Labrador Retrievers, gardening, looking for birds, and taking pictures.
