The Federal Awardee Performance and Integrity Information System (FAPIIS) collects contractor and grantee performance information including Terminations for Cause or Default, Defective Cost and Pricing Data, Determinations of Non-Responsibility, Terminations for Material Failure to Comply (grants), Recipient Not Qualified Determinations (grants), DoD Determination of Contractor Fault, Administrative Agreements, Information on Trafficking in Persons, and Subcontractor Payment Issues.
